OUR STORY

The first documentary we ever made told a unique story. It was about a man who wanted to track down all the boys on a very special baseball team 50 years after he played with them. He didn’t know why he wanted to find them, only that he felt compelled to go on this journey. His son agreed to join him and document his quest. In the end, the story wasn’t about baseball, it was about fathers and sons -- about me and my Dad -- and the universal tale of damaged relationships and the quest to heal them.

In a very fundamental way this first Infield Fly documentary represents what we still try to do today – change people’s lives by telling extraordinary stories that reveal something unique and authentic about our world, and the lives of the people and creatures that live in it.

Their goal is to make documentaries that inspire, empower and create hope; stories that reveal something unique about our world, but also focus on one of the most important issues of our time – the destruction of our planet.

From regeneration to animal behaviour, from the science of climate change to the quest to save species, they aspire to produce impactful films that create a sense of wonder and respect for the world we live in.
